REFUNDS/CHARGEBACKS
Once a product has been purchased by the Student/Customer, no right of cancellation or refund exists due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at Moneyed Lifestyle’s sole and absolute discretion. The Student/Customer agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. SEVERABILITY
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
